Cancellation & Hold Policy

At Enterprise Sports Club, we understand that life happens and sometimes our members need to cancel or place their membership on hold. We have a simple policy in place to make the process as easy as possible for our members.

Membership Hold Request

Memberships may be placed on hold for up to 3 months per calendar year. Hold requests must be submitted 5 days prior to the months being held. Medical holds and Annual membership holds are subject to their own policy. You will receive an email confirming your hold request details. Please allow 72 hours for request to be processed

Membership Cancellation Request

Please take a moment to fill out the form below.

 Month-to-month members are subject to a 30 day cancellation notice. Annual members are subject to their own cancellation policy. Account must be fully paid prior to cancellation. You will receive an email confirming your cancellation request details.
