Our Living Well Small Group Training Class is tailored specifically to women over 50 who want to regain their vitality and improve their overall health. Taught by our certified personal trainer Amy Goldstein, this fun and invigorating class will cover important topics such as strength, posture, balance and flexibility. Class size is kept small to ensure personal attention to each member and any restrictions they may have.
