Our group fitness program has so much to offer. We offer small sized classes in three spacious and immaculate indoor fitness rooms as well as on our turfed and covered outdoor fitness deck.

Inside or out, you are sure to be inspired by the beautiful views that surround you while you enjoy a class in Cycle, Circuit Training, Yoga, HIIT, Aqua Fit, Zumba, Core, Bike Bootcamp, Pilates, Barre and more.

20.20.20
Target all areas with this high Intensity workout! 20 minutes of cardio, 20 minutes of weights (low weight, high rep) and 20 minutes of abs. Great for all around body toning and conditioning. All levels welcome and workout can be modified to meet your fitness goals.
Alignment-based Vinyasa Flow Yoga
Vinyasa Flow brings together the grace and connection with breath to mindful attention of alignment and functional anatomy. This practice energizes and strengthens the body while developing habits of posture and movement to stabilize the joints, safely develop both flexibility and strength, and minimize wear and tear on the body, an invigorating, challenging but calming class.
Vinyasa Flow Yoga
Vinyasa Flow Yoga Is a sequence of postures linked to the breath In a conscious flowing rhythm. This dynamic yoga class promotes strength, flexibility, balance and a greater awareness of self and each moment.
Yoga Core
The importance of an enlivened, strong, functionally integrated core cannot be overstated. It’s the key to a healthy back, to balance and efficiency in movement, and to the prevention of and relief from a host of injuries. Going deeper in the body than crunches and sit-ups can reach, the Yoga approach will work your abs while also tapping into your vital center as a source of dynamism, transformation, and life energy.
Gentle Therapeutic Yoga
This class reveal’s Yoga’s profound power for healing, self-care, and rejuvenation. A slower pace, with emphasis on breathing deeply and on mindful awareness, allows us to gently develop strength and supple flexibility while respecting and working within the framework of our individual needs and challenges. We discover how our patterns of posture, alignment, and movement affect us and learn how to replace habits that harm with habits that support our optimal well-being.

Wonderfully relaxing, this practice is great for all levels, no previous yoga experience needed.

Aqua Fitness
This aqua-based circuit training class is a low impact, total body workout for all fitness levels. This unique aqua class will utilize water-based gear. This fitness experience will be challenging and fun. Swimwear is required, water shoes are recommended.
Bike Bootcamp
Bike Bootcamp combines cycling and strength in one class together, the Bike Bootcamp class is structured for you to get on and off the bike, to lift weights and exercise using your bodyweight for resistance. It’s a true HIIT class and is great for all fitness levels, it can be modified for any injuries.
Circuit Conditioning
Circuit training is a style of workout where you cycle through several exercises (usually 5 to 10) targeting different muscle groups with minimal rest in between. The result is a workout that taxes your muscular strength and endurance and your cardiorespiratory system. In this class you will be utilizing many different fitness modalities.
Core and More
This intensive class will incorporate moves for lengthening and strengthening those mid-body muscles. Challenging exercises will focus on building core strength, endurance, and flexibility.
Cycle
Our cycle class is efficient, based on principles of exercise science and so much fun! Riding to the beat will enhance your workout more than you could have imagined. Our bikes are designed to show accurate data (RPM, HR, Mileage, Watts, etc) from all your rides. Enjoy riding in style on these state-of-the-art Matrix bikes in our spin studio or outdoors on the deck.
Fit and Strong
Challenge your body with a combination of cardio and strength movement patterns, high intensity intervals and 
Tabata Training
This class is perfect for anyone trying to improve their fitness and health. Beginners can work at their own levels and intermediate and advanced students will be pushed to their limits by this full-body workout.
HIIT
High intensity interval training with a martial arts flare. Varied and modifiable workout including cardio, body weighted exercises and abs. All levels welcome in this class where you can work at your own pace or be pushed to new limits!
Low Impact Fitness
Low Impact Fitness is a great cardio alternative with the option to burn optimal calories without stressing the joints. With the many exercise options and the adjustability of the low impact class, intensity is easily managed so anyone, from new to exercise to an athlete in training, will feel successful.
Pilates
Our class will teach you the fundamentals of Pilates to connect, engage and strengthen your powerhouse. Pilates is a wonderful form of physical activity for all fitness levels and ages. At Enterprise Sports you will practice on the mat, utilizing the various props in your practice will help you discover a greater mind-body awareness, improve any muscle imbalances you may have, and strengthen and tone the entire body with a major emphasis on your CORE.
Pyramid Power
Pyramid Power is a cardio-weight based class that includes explosive, plyometric training using little more than your own body weight as resistance as well as different fitness equipment. The emphasis is on power and stability with longer work periods. These back to back exercises pack a powerful cardio punch, so don’t be surprised if your arms and legs are still shaking hours later. This is an intermediate to advanced class. ‘
Tai Chi
It is said that “Whoever practices Tai Chi, correctly and regularly, will gain the flexibility of a child, the strength of a lumberjack, and the peace of mind of a sage.” A gift to us from ancient times, the Tai Chi system for health and wellness is wonderful for all bodies at every age and every level of fitness. In this class, we begin with joint mobilization exercises, continue with Qigong energy practices, then learn the classical 24 posture form.
Zumba
Latin and international music joined with high and low intensity moves for a fun, effective dance-based fitness class. No dance experience is required – just keep moving!
Barre
High repetition of small movements allow you to see your body differently with this Ballet-inspired Barre workout. Incorporate principles of dance, functional strength training, and Pilates to lengthen and strengthen your arms, legs, and core from head to toe. All levels welcome!

TIME OUTSIDE!

 

If the last two years have taught us anything it’s that staying active and fit is more important than ever and the more time you can spend outside, the better.

We offer aqua classes as well as lap swimming in 25 yards of crystal blue water heated to 80 degrees all year long, two exquisite full sized tennis courts, Yoga in our large amphitheater, as well as multiple classes on our covered and turfed outdoor fitness deck.
